Heuristic Dogmatism

Heuristic Dogmatism
Heuristic means promote discovery and dogmatism believes with unquestioned self-assurance. Heuristic dogmatism is essential for correcting error regarding ourself. Where progress is possible through methodical identification.
American philosopher Sanders Peirce called fallibalism, which means highest risk of error and it helps us to work against error and make  the result more accurate.
Quest for truth of one’s belief. Our mind should be sensitive to any possible objection if we use our thinking to objective truth. Thinking needs the survey of belief and should not wait for the completion of study.
Depending on which sense of question, heuristic dogmatism may be distinguished in strong and weak. Heuristic and non-heuristic are two different kinds of belief used in different purposes. A proper belief can be established by some steps  like;
-          The belief should not wait for any objection.
-          Challenge your own belief for logical consistency.
-          Observational evidence is necessary for new discovery.
-          Counter evidence and counter example for present belief.
-          Belief must be related with convinced of all rational beings
-          Need of intelligent critics to discuss the arguments for and against your belief
-          Respect of growing counter evidence our current belief may be dropped
-          Rationality is not being right, but the ability to correct error
-          Identify with your beliefs passionately, but not unconditionally
-          In case of irrational thinking, we must look for another hidden motive for holding on beliefs.

Heuristic dogmatism helps us to develop minds with logic and condition. Quest for truth lead one to get success anyway, where some contradiction may arise, but it is helpful for belief to get rid of primary error and come to a possible answer.
